  Art Morvai, M.S., P.T.

Art holds a M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1997.  He enjoys treating many disorders of the spine using the McKenzie, Mulligan, Laslett and Rath approaches.  He also holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron in 1986 along with 9 years of manufacturing experience.  This gives him a special insight and interest in treating overuse, industrial injuries.  Art is also a co-founder and co-owner of Scott County Physical Therapy, LLC.

 

Lynn Reeves, P.T.

Lynn holds a B.S. degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1993.  He has a special interest in treating sports related injuries along with the Paris, Mulligan and Laslett approach to treating the spine.  Lynn also employs the methods of Cyriax, Maitland and Mulligan for treatment of the peripheral joints.  Lynn is also a co-founder and co-owner of Scott County Physical Therapy, LLC.

 

Lisa Harris, M.S., P.T.

Lisa holds M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1997.  She has a special interest in treating the sacroiliac joint using the Hesch method.  Lisa also enjoys treating the spine using the McKenzie, Mulligan and muscle energy approach.  She utilizes the methods of Cyriax, Mulligan and Maitland for treatment of the peripheral joints. 

Lisa also holds a B.S. in Animal Science in 1992 from Auburn and a M.S. in Veterinary Science in 1992 from the University of Kentucky.  She is working with Riding for the Handicapped along with being a board member of the American Hippotherapy Assoc.

Lisa’s hippotherapy background provides her a strong background for treating neurological and balance injuries.  Lisa joined the staff of Scott County Physical Therapy in Aug., 2002.

 

Amberly Leslie, M.S., P.T.

Amber is a 2003 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a M.S. degree in Physical Therapy and a B.S. degree in Health Sciences.  Her interests include sports physical therapy, McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the lumbar spine and Mulligan mobilization techniques for the spine and extremities.  Amber joined the staff at Scott County Physical Therapy in March of 2004. 

 

Liz Fite

Liz joined the staff of Scott County Physical Therapy in December of 2002.  Liz serves as the billing and accounting coordinator for Scott County Physical Therapy.  Liz has extensive knowledge in the areas of Medicare, Worker’s Comp and insurance billing.  You can contact her by telephone at (502)863-4242 to answer any billing or accounting questions you may have. 

 

Kristi Sheets

Kristi is in charge of billing, posting and insurance verification.  Kristi joined the staff of Scott County Physical Therapy in April 2002.  You can contact her at (502)863-4242 to answer any questions you might have regarding scheduling a physical therapy appointment, insurance billing, or co-payment. 

 

Shawnda Ebert

Shawnda is a full time physical therapy technician.  She holds a B.S. degree in Sports Medicine from Berea College, as well as a Masters Degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Kentucky University.  Presently, she is completing her training to become a certified athletic trainer.  She is also certified in Pilates Neuro Core Kenetics training.  Shawnda is very involved in all aspects of patient care.

 

Cheryl Hammons

Cheryl is a full time physical therapy technician who joined the staff of Scott County Physical Therapy in March of 2003.  She is in charge of direct patient care including modalities and exercise instruction.  Cheryl is also certified in Pilates Neuro Core Kinetics training.
